Purposes

We process your data to respond to sales inquiries, manage newsletter subscriptions, and improve the website.

When you submit a form, we may also store technical request metadata such as IP address, user-agent, and browser language to reduce spam, investigate abuse, and support troubleshooting.

Legal basis

Retention

Contact requests and data needed to manage prospects are retained for 3 years from collection or the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Related technical metadata is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

Data used for the newsletter is retained until the recipient unsubscribes or for 3 years after the last exchange. Evidence of consent or objection may be retained separately for as long as necessary to protect Soclyde's rights and prevent further unsolicited messages.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with your local authority (e.g., CNIL in France).

Processors

Data may be processed by OVHcloud for hosting, Google Workspace for certain internal processing, and Cloudflare for Turnstile anti-abuse verification on forms. Processing is governed by the applicable agreements with these providers and, where necessary, by the safeguards required for data transfers.
